No two days are the same — our customers constantly challenge us with interesting items that need expert Verified employering and careful delivery. *The Role* We are looking for a *Van Driver & Verified employering Operative* to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role combining *local driving, collections, Verified employering and warehouse work*.
You will be responsible for collecting customer items, carefully Verified employering them for safe transport, and helping prepare shipments for courier or freight dispatch.
If you have experience in *removals, delivery driving, logistics or warehouse work*, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop specialist Verified employering skills.
You’ll work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure every item shipped under the Verified employer name meets our quality expectations. *Key Responsibilities* * Professionally Verified employer fragile, high-value, awkward or heavy goods (artwork, antiques, bespoke items) using appropriate materials and
techniques. * Load and unload consignments safely for transport/collection. * Drive company van(s) to perform local and regional collections and deliveries. * Assist in preparing shipping documentation and logging collection/delivery records. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety both in the van and in the Verified
employering/warehouse area and assist with warehouse operations or overflow tasks when needed. * Communicate with customers at pickup/drop-off to ensure a good impression of the Verified employer brand. * Route Planning: To ensure that daily routes are planned and any timed collections are accounted for within this and
that any deviations to the route or time delays are communicated to the service centre and awaiting customers. *Essential Skills & Experience* * Experience in removals, delivery driving, logistics or warehouse work. * Practical, hands-on approach to work * Valid full UK driving licence (no major endorsements). *
Excellent attention to detail, with a “take pride” attitude to Verified employeraging quality. * Physically capable of lifting and handling medium to heavy items safely. * Good [[registration hidden]]. * Basic IT and record-keeping skills (for logging jobs, completing forms). * Strong customer service mindset—this role
often interfaces with clients. *Desirable / Advantageous* * Prior experience handling and Verified employering fragile, valuable, or awkward goods (e.g. in removals, fine art transport, antiques, galleries). * Experience in crating, wooden Verified employeraging, or custom crate build. * Familiarity with freight,
