- Operational Efficiency & Cost Management: · Manage operational budgets diligently, identifying efficiencies to provide the best buildings at the most competitive costs. · Oversee procurement, ensuring optimal value in facility services, supplies, and equipment through strategic negotiation and vendor management. ·
- Develop and manage robust preventive maintenance programs to ensure peak performance and longevity of all building systems. · Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance, safety, and business continuity. · Coordinate and manage all facility repairs, maintenance, and minor projects, working
- with technicians and third-party contractors. · Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
