You’ll lead and motivate teams, uphold high Health & Safety standards, ensure compliance with [registration hidden], and oversee accurate, efficient receipt, picking, and dispatch of products.

long service awards *What you will be doing: * * Prioritise team workload and respond positively to daily operational challenges * Support the Warehouse Area Manager with allocating tasks to ensure daily KPIs are achieved * Monitor picking and packing processes to maintain stock accuracy in line with [registration
hidden] * Ensure Goods-in deliveries are received correctly and processed within deadlines and service level agreements * Ensure warehouse processes are consistently followed and escalate any performance concerns * Monitor staff punctuality and break times, reporting issues to the line manager * Report any stock
discrepancies immediately * Carry out daily, weekly and monthly warehouse checks, ensuring documentation is completed and filed * Maintain and monitor health & safety standards within the warehouse * Ensure logistics areas are organised, and housekeeping standards meet [registration hidden] * Provide training and
support to warehouse operatives to help them perform their tasks effectively * Deliver team briefings to communicate [registration hidden] *Our Ideal Person: * * Previous warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including
picking, packing, goods-in, and stock control * Proactive approach with the ability to remain calm and effective when responding to operational challenges * Proven ability to monitor performance and deliver against KPIs and operational targets * Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills *
Good knowledge of health and safety standards within a warehouse environment * Positive attitude with a hands-on and team-focused approach * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear team briefings and operational updates * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of
