- Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and dutiesFor our E&D office in Trenčín, we are looking for colleague in Engineering department.
- Responsibilities are:Develop Seat Components, Seat Structures and Complete Seats from concept to production.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings compliant with internal standards and customer specifications.
- Define and interpret GD&T in 2D drawings and applying tolerance stack-upsDefine Seat Technical Requirements and System/sub‑system SpecificationsReview and interpret CAE results; propose corrective actions and design changesCollaborate with Validation team to achieve targeted performance DFMEA Creation and Ensure Robust
- Design PrinciplesSupport material selection and BOM creationPerform design feasibility studies and packaging assessmentsPrepare technical presentations for design reviewsSolve problems using root‑cause analysis and PUGH decision toolsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Verified employer, or a
- related engineering field.5+ Years Experience in developing seat components, seat structures, or complete Verified employer systems Expert Knowledge in CATIA V5 (Part, Surface, Assembly, Drafting, Kinematic Modules)Knowledge of product development life-cycle management (Teamcenter, Enovia or Similar) Knowledge of GD&T,
- including defining, interpreting, and applying functional tolerances and performing tolerance stack‑upsUnderstanding of Seat System and Sub‑System Technical Requirements, technical specifications, and engineering deliverablesCompetence in reviewing CAE results and converting findings into actionable design improvements
- using problem solving toolsExperience in supporting validation, test correlation, and performance confirmationKnowledge of DFMEA principlesAbility to conduct packaging studies, design feasibility assessments, and cross‑system integration reviews.
